Sometimes I forget what a mathematical mind I have till I spend two days working on numbers and forgetting to each lunch or take breaks.
After initially getting pissed off this morning, today has flown by. The thing that is maddening with any job is there’s the pretend reason simple decisions aren’t viable- the ones people use to justify large organizational courses of actions. And the real unspoken ones. Sometimes I spend my time arguing against the pretend reasons when all I want to do is say the real one. But that would be insubordination and sometimes I tend to stick my foot in my mouth and do exactly that.
