Where's the best place in NYC to go for Taco Tuesday?

I have the same question. when I lived in bloomington, indiana taco tuesday was at this fabulous place (Tortilla Flats) that had $1 tacos and $2 tequila shots. I never made it to class wednesday morning.

Zaragoza Deli on Avenue A between 13th and 14th. It’s sketchy, but you know it’s good because the Mexicans in the neighborhood go there.

i agree, mercadito is pretty awesome. there is also a hole in the wall in DUMBO, but i forget the name of it. Cheap as all hell and delicious

Take a walk a few blocks past La Esquina and you’ll find Pinche Taqueria. You won’t regret it.

La Esquina take out window is pretty amazing and dos caminos mahi mahi tacos are also TDF.
